Payment
PayPal is my preferred method of payment, as it is a safe, secure method and allows me to easily accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal funds and bank debit cards.

Shipping
All domestic shipping will be provided through UPS. You will have the option for ground shipping or 2 day Air. All international shipping will be provided by the US Postal Service and will arrive within 2-3 weeks from date of purchase. UPS will not ship to a PO Box. Please contact me at Suzanne@InVisionConceptCards.com so that we can discuss a different method for shipment.

• Multiple Addresses
  Multiple items being shipped to separate addresses do not qualify for discounted shipping. A separate shipping and handling charge will be assessed based on the product total to each address.

Refunds and Exchanges
My hope is that you are extremely happy with your purchase and find it beneficial to your work. As a general policy we only accept returns if the item is still packaged in its original shrink-wrapped condition and the buyer is responsible for all postage costs incurred.
